While other agencies and coaches just give you the information, we give you that PLUS the execution and implementation support, and the DFY services you need to bring it all together.
Other agencies have hundreds of clients, so they don’t give you the attention that you deserve. We take on an extremely limited amount of clients per quarter so that we can spend time really getting to know them and working hard towards their business and personal goals.

We don’t work with brand new business owners, because the work that we provide pairs best with a business that has some roots.

So glad you asked! Our founder spots are reserved for the first five women to work with the ICON Agency. As a founding member, you’ll get an exclusive invite to a three day founder’s retreat in February 2023. All you have to do is book a flight to Mexico City, and we’ll handle the rest.

JK, we actually asked ourselves this question when we first started working together. We decided that if we could go one week working together without killing each other then it was meant to be. Two years later, we’re better than ever. So, much to our surprise as well, working together all the time is actually a blast.
